By booking a session with The BusinessofU, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking & Payment
- All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system.
- 50% or Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduled sessions.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of payment.
- The BusinessofU reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will continue for the remaining time.
- No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled
Confidentiality & Privacy
- All discussions and materials shared during the session are confidential and intended for the client’s personal or business use only.
- We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.
Consultation & Advisory Limitations
- Our consulting services provide strategic business guidance, but we do not offer legal, tax, or financial advisory services.
- Clients are responsible for implementing and executing strategies discussed during consultations.
Agreement to Terms
- By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

By engaging The BusinessofU for Corporate Document Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Scope & Deliverables
- Our services include the creation, review, and advisory of corporate documents such as business plans, operating agreements, contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
- We do not provide notarization for legal, financial, or tax document services; clients are encouraged to seek professional legal counsel for legally binding documents.
- All document drafts will be based on the information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for verifying accuracy before finalization.
Booking & Payment
- Full payment or a deposit is required before work begins, depending on the service package selected.
- Custom document solutions may require additional fees based on complexity and scope.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
Turnaround Time & Revisions
- Standard turnaround time is as advertised, depending on the complexity of the document(s). Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.
- Clients are entitled to one (1) free revision within 7 days of receiving the initial draft. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All client information and business details provided for document preparation will be treated with strict confidentiality.
- The BusinessofU will not share, sell, or distribute client information without explicit consent.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information to ensure document quality and compliance.
- Clients are responsible for finalizing, executing, and filing any documents with the relevant authorities as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
- The BusinessofU provides consultative and strategic document solutions but does not guarantee approval, legal enforceability, or regulatory acceptance of any document.
- We are not liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues resulting from the use of our documents.
