On the road to and In pursuit of breaking that Glass Ceiling, you will find those who can be likened to the cream which rises to the top and brings about productive change and those who like sand stay motionless at the bottom waiting for something or someone to come along causing them to move, and rise but alas only once again to settle at the bottom when all is said and done.
In the pursuit of reaching your desired goals and then some it will not be your background that holds you back. It will have nothing to do with your level of education, access to knowledge is everywhere. And if you’re financial means are less than opulent it only means you have more planning and strategizing, more people to meet and more hands to shake.
What will determine if you are cream or sand will be your desire to succeed and the knowledge that you have the potential within to harness that desire and elevate it to reaching your glass ceiling? The creams know who they are and this gives them confidence in their own strengths and weakness alike.
They believe with every fiber of their being that success will be attained. They understand that obstacles and opposition will come, so they prepare and store all the required mental and physical energy to persevere whatever challenges they may have to face.
Whatever the career, in your pursuit of breaking that glass ceiling you cannot rely on the potential of others to rise you to the top, you must dig deep within yourself, find your potential, develop it and unleash it on your goals.
