The dictionary defines ethics as the moral principles which govern a person’s behavior or the conducting of an activity: Great leaders understand that the moral principles and the compasses that they create will determine the level of success that is achieved. Throughout one’s life millions of decisions will be made, many of which though made with the greatest of intention will lead to disastrous results.
Results that may not just impede you on your quest to greatness, but also delays the progress of those around you. These are the moments, these are the times when those inner ethics which may have been silent must now arise and find a voice to ensure that the scales of right and wrong are always tipping in favor of doing what is right.
