Landscaping Any Business to Success

The Grass is Always Greener…”

Why?

Assemble a Strong Team

The Gardner/(Entrepreneur) was wise enough to admit that he did not know everything there is to know about grass. He surrounded himself with a team, with the combined skills to give him the advice he required. With communication being a key component to ensuring a successful outcome, these were members who understood the value of talking too and not at each other. Individuals who could share their suggestions/opinions clearly and listening and appreciating those put forth by others. Team members who checked their egos when they signed on, accepting that success is and will be only accomplished collectively and accredited to all.

Why?

Develop Internal Synergy

The Gardner/(Business Owner) to ensure the greatest amount of synergy would exist among the team, made sure all of them bought into the vision and the level of commitment that would be required to fulfil the desired result of that vision.

Why?

Know Your Environment

The Gardner/ (Business Consultant) had initially bought some seedlings to be planted, however upon advice from a team member that the soil would not produce the desired results with those seedlings, the seedlings were changed. Another team member after investigating the grade of the land, depth of the soil advised on a underneath irrigation system and enriched boosted water. Together they both helped the Gardner to understand the importance of knowing your environment to avoid being blindsided by unwanted future problems.

Why?

Staying Focused on What Matters

The Gardner/ (Franchise Owner) and the team took great care in nurturing the grass. Every day for hours on end checking, testing, watering etc. When the grass was growing slower in one area, they found that that the irrigation system had gotten clogged and had to be cleared. Early on when patches were showing signs of discoloration, the problem was caught, areas were rooted and replaced to avoid further contamination of the yard. Protective chemicals were sprayed as routinely as needed to kill all insects that would cause a problem.

Why?

Timing & Decision Making

The Gardner/ (Restaurant Owner) watched from the window for weeks and months until he realized it was time to cut, trim and edge the grass lawn. He turned to his team members, and they advised him of the correct tools. Trained him on how they needed to be used. They shared with him the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, throughout all the different seasons to maintain and ensure the vision he so desired.

Why?

Know Your Vision & Purpose

The Gardner/(Business Mogul) loved the time he spent tending to and manicuring his grass. Sometime later as neighbors would pass by admiring and inquiring about his grass, he enjoyed sharing from beginning to end how the team made it all happen. What he loved most, soon started taking hold, neighbors started focusing on their grass utilizing the know how he had shared with them. Now his vision was realized, now his vision became complete.
